Honesty and Fairness:
We shall act honestly, fairly, and in the best interests of our clients. We will serve our clients with integrity, competence, independence, objectivity, and professionalism. We are committed to promoting services honestly and competing fairly. We will avoid statements that may be misleading or promise results that we are unable to deliver.

We will offer to withdraw from a consulting assignment when we believe our objectivity or integrity may be impaired or we perceive a conflict of interest.

Diligence:
We shall always exercise due skill, care, and diligence in everything that we do.

Capabilities:
We will only accept assignments for which we possess the requisite knowledge, experience, and competence to perform and to serve our clients effectively. Prior to undertaking a client assignment, we shall define in writing the scope, extent and manner in which we will undertake the assignment.

Confidentiality:
We will not disclose or permit to be disclosed, confidential information2 concerning the client. We will always protect the confidentiality of the information entrusted to us; share confidential information within the organization on a need-to-know basis and will not disclose confidential information to anyone outside the firm without authorization.

Additionally, we will fully abide by any requirements from our clients that prohibit us from providing client information to third parties (including within the organization, vendors, and subcontractors) or using it for purposes other than the performance of our services for the client.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption:
We are committed to conducting business fairly and ethically and avoiding even the perception that we would offer a bribe3 to obtain an advantage. We will never offer a bribe to influence the decision of a person acting on behalf of another organization (including clients, vendors, or government officials). At the same time, we will never accept anything of value from a person attempting to influence our professional judgment or decision making.
